Membership entitles the named child free entry to Kidz World Soft Play Centre during pay to play session:

Sat - Sun 10-5.30pm

Pay to play opening times are 9.30am – 6.00pm on weekdays and 10am – 6.00pm on weekends, however, on occasion we

reserve the right to close the centres at 5pm to host private parties.  We will endeavour to ensure that the dates and times

of these private parties are posted on the website at least 7 days in advance and also on our notice board within the centre.

Management reserve the right to alter the opening times of the centre withour prior notice.

Members are able to pre book pay to play sessions up to 7 days in advance.  Unfortunately we cannot guarantee your reserved

 session if you turn up late.  Reserved tables will only be held for up to 15 minutes after your reserved time has elapsed.  After

which time the table will become available to other guests.

Members will be kept informed of upcoming ticketed events in advance of Kidz World customers. Unfortunately pre booking of

seats is not allowed for such events.  Members will be required to purchase tickets for events but at a discounted rate.

One month’s written notice is required to terminate your membership.

Membership is non refundable.

Members are required to carry their membership card when visiting the centre and must produce their card to gain entry and

receive discounts.  A £1 administration fee will be charged for replacement or additional cards.

Membership fees are renewed on 31st March.  Members will be given written

notice of any membership fee changes and will be required to pay any revised fees from the next renewal date.  Members

may of course give written notice of they do not wish to remain members after such a revision.

Admission to membership is only available 3 times per year - April, August and December.

If any member shall, in the reasonable opinion of Kidz World management, cause nuisance or annoyance to other members,

customers or guests, misuse the facilities, breach the centre rules or behave in any way deemed inappropriate, Kidz World

reserves the right to refuse entry or expel/suspend membership forthwith.  The Manager had the authority to terminate

the membership if he/she deems that the member has behaved in the manner alleged.

Personal information and data provide to Kidz World will be used for the purpose of processing your membership application

only.  From time to time Kidz World may send you information on promotions, offers or events.  Your details will not be

passed onto third parties.

Membership will not begin until a standing order has been set up with your bank for the relevant monthly amount.  Payment

by cash or cheque on a monthly basis is not accepted.

Membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
