Our staff have all been chosen for their qualifications and experience and their willingness to learn and respond to your child's individual needs. All of our staff are either fully qualified or are undergoing continuous training to meet the qualification criteria.
Each member of staff has a first aid, food hygiene, child protection and fire training certificate and will also have undergone an enhanced disclosure check by the Criminal Record Office who will verify, via the Police National Computer, that they have been deemed a fit person to care for your child.
We have a very high Staff to Child ratio to ensure that your child receives the best care and attention during their time with Kidz World Nursery.
Meet the Nursery Manager
| Hi I’m
Sharon McGregor the nursery manager, I have been working at Kidz world
Nursery since September 2010. I have 16 years experience working in
different child care settings, in a variety of different roles. I have
two children of my own called Eilidh and Angus.
Angus attends the 3-5
room at Kidz world nursery three times a week. I really enjoy my work
here at Kidz world nursery and feel really luck to be part of a
fantastic team.

Meet the team ( 2-3 room staff )
 | Hi I’m Suzie, I am the 2-3 room supervisor. You will see me working all day Monday to Friday. I have been working in nurseries for 7 years and have achieved my HNC in child care & education.
During the day I like to read stories with the children and organize and create activities. |  | Hi my name is Nicola, I complete my HNC in Child Care & education in 2008. Shortly after I completed my HNC, I had my son Brandon who attends Kidz world nursery. I find my Job very rewarding and I look forward to meeting and working with new children.
I currently work with the under 3’s most afternoon. |

 | Hi everyone my name is Jane, I work in the 2-3 room throughout the week. My duties are to assist Suzie in the daily running and routine.

there my name is Jordan, I am a student here at Kidz world nursery,
training to be a Nursery Nurse, You will mainly find me in the baby room
or 2-3 room throughout the week.
I love my job here working with the
children helping them to learn and grow. I also enjoy doing messy
activities and singing songs.

my name is Kallista but everyone calls me Kalli, I am training to be a
nursery nurse. I work in the nursery throughout the week helping in
every room and also help out at the after school club. I go to my
training Centre every second Friday. I am half way through my first
year.
The things I love about my job are song time, messy time and
playing in the frame in the soft play with children. |
Meet the 0-2 room staff

Hi my name is Louise Currie, I am the Supervisor for the 0-2 room alongside Debbie. You will normally see me working the morning shift.
I have previously worked in two other nurseries and have two children of my own.

Hi my name is Debbie Lawrence, I am the supervisor for the 0-2 room alongside Louise. You will normally see me working the afternoon shift.
I have worked with children since the age of 16 and have achieved my level 2 & 3 in child care & Education.

Meet the 3-5 room staff  | Hi my name is Jodie Scotland, I am the Supervisor within the 3-5 room and Deputy Manager of the Nursery. I have over 10 years of experience working with children.
The bit I love most about my job is seeing the children having fun experimenting through activities. You will see me working with the children Monday to Wednesday and Friday.
On a Thursday I work alongside our Nursery Manager Sharon McGregor within the office. Each afternoon when Sharon finishes I manage the day to day running of the nursery. |  | My Name is Louise Huggan, I work in the 3-5 year room. I love my job!! It is one of the most enjoyable and rewarding job out there!
I have worked with children for about 3 years now and have loved every minute of it. There is never a dull moment at Kidz world nursery, the children always have you laughing and smiling. |
